Wir liefern weltweit. In der Regel liefern wir gegen Rechnung, in Einzelfällen, insbesondere bei Bestellungen mit einem Warenwert über Euro 40,- behalten wir uns jedoch Vorkasse vor. Für Lieferungen außerhalb Deutschlands gilt: Die Zahlung ist nur per Überweisung oder mittels Kreditkarte möglich. Zahlung auf Rechnung ist nur für Verbraucher ab 18 Jahren möglich. Die Lieferadresse, die Hausanschrift und die Rechnungsadresse müssen identisch sein und innerhalb Deutschlands liegen. Der Rechnungsbetrag wird mit Erhalt der Rechnung fällig. Auslandslieferungen erfolgen nur gegen Vorkasse. Zusätzlich berechnen wir eine Versandkostenpauschale von Euro 7,00. Ein Rückgaberecht bei Nichtgefallen ist bei Lieferungen außerhalb Deutschlands ausgeschlossen.

Für Lieferungen innerhalb Deutschlands gilt: Sie haben ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht sowie 30 Tage Rückgaberecht (Rücksendungen bis zu Euro 40,- Bestellwert bitte ausreichend frankieren). Für Lieferungen innerhalb Deutschlands fallen keine Versandkosten an.

Die Angaben in unseren Angeboten sind freibleibend. Der Vertrag kommt erst zustande, wenn wir in Ausführung der Bestellung die Ware zustellen.

Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum. Bitte teilen Sie uns unaufgefordert jede Änderung Ihrer Anschrift mit.

Sie erhalten ein dreißigtägiges Rückgaberecht sowie ein vierzehntägiges gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht, anschließend sechzehn Tage Rückgaberecht, soweit die Rücknahme in unserem Angebot nicht ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen ist.

Lieferungs- und Zahlungsbedingungen: Wir übernehmen eine Garantie für alle Sendungen. Sollte trotz unserer sorgfältigen Verpackung ein Transportschaden auftreten, lassen Sie diesen bitte unbedingt durch den Zusteller aufnehmen und bestätigen. Es können dann bei uns sofort Ersatzlieferungsansprüche geltend gemacht werden. Soweit anteilige Porto-, Verpackungs- und Versicherungskosten bei unseren Sendungen berechnet werden (etwa bei Auslandslieferungen), gelten die Angaben in unseren jeweiligen Angeboten. Im Voraus bezahlte Beträge erhalten Sie bei berechtigter Beanstandung in voller Höhe zurück. Voraussetzung ist eine ausreichend frankierte Rückgabe in der Originalverpackung unter Beifügung der Rechnung. Entstehende Schäden durch unsachgemäße Bedienung oder mangelhalfte Verpackung der Rücksendung gehen zu Ihren Lasten. Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und ggf. gezogene Nutzungen (z.B. Zinsen) herauszugeben. Können Sie uns die empfangene Leistung ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren, müssen Sie insoweit ggf. Schadensersatz leisten. Bei der Überlassung von Sachen gilt dies nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Sache ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung - wie sie Ihnen etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre- zurückzuführen ist. Sie können die Wertersatzpflicht vermeiden, indem Sie die Sache nicht wie ein Eigentümer in Gebrauch nehmen und alles unterlassen, was deren Wert beeinträchtigt. Ein Recht zur Aufrechnung steht dem Besteller nur zu, wenn seine Gegenansprüche rechtskräftig festgestellt oder von Artislife Press Hamburg unbestritten sind. Außerdem ist er zur Ausübung eines Zurückbehaltungsrechts nur insoweit befugt, als sein Gegenanspruch auf dem gleichen Vertragsverhältnis beruht. Alle Zahlungen sind nur an uns zu leisten. Bei eingeräumtem Ratenziel wird für den Fall, daß keine Stundung beantragt wurde, der gesamte geschuldete Betrag gesetzlich sofort dann zur Zahlung fällig, wenn der Käufer mit mindestens zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Raten ganz oder teilweise in Verzug ist. Sämtliche Zahlungen werden zuerst auf eventuell entstehende Kosten oder Zinsen, dann auf die ältesten Raten angerechnet. Bei Zahlungseingängen ohne Angabe der Rechnungsnummer gehen daraus resultierende verspätete Gutschriften oder Falschbuchungen zu Ihren Lasten. Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum. Eine Änderung der Anschrift ist uns unaufgefordert mitzuteilen. Sie haben ein Rückgaberecht gemäß unserem Angebot. Sie können Ihre Bestellung innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach Erhalt der Lieferung ohne Begründung schriftlich, auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger oder durch Rücksendung der Lieferung an Artislife Press Hamburg, Postfach 740672, D-22096 Hamburg widerrufen. Zur Fristwahrung genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung. Bei versiegelten Waren besteht kein Widerrufsrecht, wenn Sie die Ware entsiegelt haben. Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand ist für beide Teile Hamburg. Weist eine Rücksendung durch zwischenzeitlichen Gebrauch, Verpackung oder Transport entstandene Mängel auf, so ist deren Absender dafür regreßpflichtig.

Rezensionsexemplare werden zur Zahlung fällig, wenn binnen Jahresfrist unaufgefordert kein Nachweis über eine Veröffentlichung einer Rezension des angeforderten Titels in dem von Ihnen genannten Medium bei uns eingeht.

We deliver worldwide. Orders from countries outside the European Union have to be paid in advance. When you place an order to purchase a product from Artislife Press, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Please set out your full name and please give your full postal address. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send this dispatch confirmation e-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in such a dispatch confirmation e-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.  If you take delivery of an Artislife Press package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.You have the right to return a faulty item within 30 days. As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, send the incorrect item back to us and we'll make sure you are not charged for it. If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered, please include a short note saying so, and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can. In the event of Artislife Press sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Artisllife Press within 30 days. Artislife Press reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Artislife Press confirms we will issue a replacement.

Customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for audio books where the item has been unsealed. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than Euro 40,00. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot, however, refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.

When ordering goods from Artislife Press for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Your privacy is important to us so we would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Sale at any time.
